What Makes an Event Successful

The goal of an event planner is always to create a successful and well-attended event that meets the expectations of the client. Here, we have listed six of our essential factors that make events successful.

CLEAR OBJECTIVE OR GOAL

A successful event starts out with a clear objective or goal. There has to be a precise reason for hosting an event. For example, to promote a product or brand, to educate, to attract clients… Whatever the reason, the objective will remain at the front of every subsequent decision and will help steer the events towards success.

TARGETED AUDIENCE

Activating an appropriate audience for an event is highly advantageous. Bringing people together with similar interests strengthens the interaction occurring at an event. With an open space for networking, guests will positively keep the day in mind and will look forward to future meetings.

THE VENUE

An event is successful when the location matches the objective and the audience. The interplay of both factors is essential because it creates an atmosphere that can either be open and inviting or rigid and unattractive.

A GREAT TEAM

well-coordinated team (management, client, staff, suppliers) can ensure success, because even if problems arise, they can be quickly resolved through good partnership and strong communication.

BEING INNOVATIVE

Every event is different. Create a new unique experience for your client and their audience.

FULFILLING CLIENT REQUIREMENTS

Last but not least, the client has a clear-cut image of how the event should take place. The more attention is paid to these wishes the happier the client is and the more successful the event will be.

We are one step closer to guaranteeing an unforgettable event that will serve the purpose it was created for by keeping these aspects in mind.

56th Nerja Caves International Festival of Music and Dance

The Festival of Music and Dance in Nerja, a cultural spectacle tracing its roots back to its inception in 1960, has become a hallmark of artistic excellence on the Spanish cultural calendar. Spanning from July 2nd to August 15th annually, this festival transforms the picturesque town of Nerja, nestled in the captivating Province of Malaga, into a hub of creative expression and cultural celebration. The 2015 edition of the festival, like its predecessors, unfolded with an impressive lineup of eight concerts, each contributing to the rich tapestry of this renowned event. Nerja’s claim to fame rests not only on its cultural festivities but also on the iconic Caves of Nerja, which have been a major tourist attraction for years.

The festival program was a testament to the organizers’ dedication to presenting a diverse range of artistic expressions. The Málaga Symphony Orchestra graced the stage, delivering soul-stirring melodies that resonated within the cavernous spaces of the Nerja Caves. Ballet Carmen Roche brought a visual feast to the audience, with their graceful movements and expressive choreography. Eva Yerbabuena, a luminary in the world of Flamenco, took center stage, infusing the festival with the passion and intensity of this traditional Spanish art form.

The Flamenco Show was a highlight, captivating audiences and creating a bridge between tradition and contemporary artistic expression. The festival reached its crescendo with a closing performance by the acclaimed singer Argentina Sinergia, leaving a lasting imprint on the hearts of the attendees. The Festival of Music and Dance in Nerja represents a unique convergence of international artists with the enchanting setting of the Caves. This synergy creates an unparalleled experience that transcends the boundaries of traditional cultural events.
